Mercedes’s new MBUX infotainment system now comes standard on the 2021 GLA-class, whereas many infotainment features were optional in the current GLA.

Inside, the new GLA adopts Mercedes’ new design approach with a screen made up of two 7-inch displays – one for the instrument cluster and the other for the infotainment system. The 2021 GLA features the MBUX operating system and it comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability.

Every GLA-class is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. We expect Singapore to get the GLA200,

The 2021 Mercedes Benz GLA at a glance
- Is more than 3.9 inches higher than its predecessor.
- Offers more headroom at the front and considerably more legroom in the rear,
- Is able to react in emergency situations when the driver doesn’t with the standard Active Brake Assist system that can apply autonomous braking to avoid a collision or to reduce its severity;
- Extends the functions of the Driver Assistance Package with the addition of, for example, the exit warning function alerting the driver to approaching cyclists or vehicles, and a warning when pedestrians are detected near crosswalks
