Attention to all Foreign Driving Licence holders:
Due to COVID-19, most travelling has been suspended and if you are in SG >1 year, it will be necessary to convert to an SG Driving Licence ASAP..

In order to convert your foreign licence to a Singapore driving licence, you are required to pass the Basic Theory Test (BTT).

You may book for a BTT at any of the 3 driving schools. Their addresses are:

1. Woodlands Driving Test Centre, level 1, co-located with the Singapore Safety Driving Centre ( http://www.ssdcl.com.sg/ ) at 2, Woodlands Industrial Park E4 Singapore 757387.

2. Bukit Batok Driving Test Centre, level 2, co-located with the Bukit Batok Driving Centre (http://www.bbdc.com.sg ) at 815 Bukit Batok West Ave 5 Singapore 659085.

3. Kampong Ubi Test Centre, level 2, co-located with ComfortDelgro Driving Centre (http://www.cdc.com.sg) at 205, Ubi Ave 4 Singapore 408805.


On passing the BTT, you have to proceed to Traffic Police Headquarters (10 Ubi Ave 3, Singapore 408865) in person to apply for the Singapore Driving License Photo-card.

Providing Essential Service Support During COVID-19 “Circuit-Breaker” period

With the announcement of the latest measures Singapore is undertaking, we are reaching out to assure you of all necessary support that we can render, within the boundaries of what the government has implemented.

• Staff supporting Essential Services will take strict precautions as advised by the Ministry of Health and comply with MOH’s advisory on safe distancing measures.
