Have knowledge on tyre fitment and sizes of tyres for different cars.
Have knowledge of simple servicing of vehicles and changing of parts like brake pad.
Have a class 3 license as need to go Onsite for emergency repair of tyres and replacement of batteries.

Yes but not recommended as having 2 different set of brand and model will affect the handling and grip of your car and increases the risk of an accident while E-braking.

If really need to, it must be 2 of the same kind tyres and the quality of the pair of tyres must not be too far off the existing. The new tyres will be better off when put on the rear axle as it can minimise the risk of tail spin during emergency braking.
