The latest COE results are in, and we’re seeing a broad cooling effect across most categories. Notably, Cat A has dipped back below Cat B this round.

• Cat E: $125,002 ⬆️

📰 What’s in the news: Singapore coverage is pointing to very strong demand this round, with private car categories continuing their upward move instead of easing off.

💭 Our take: COE still looks sticky and competitive, not soft. When Cat A is pushing past Cat B, it usually tells you buyers are still very aggressive in the mass-market segment. If you’re planning to buy, best to budget with some buffer instead of waiting for a sharp drop.
