Are You Comparing Diesel on Price Alone?

When two diesel options appear to meet the same requirement, it can be tempting to compare them mainly by price.
But the same sulphur limit does not mean there is nothing else to consider.
The 10 ppm figure refers to sulphur content. Fuel formulation and additive technology can still differ beyond that baseline.

Shell FuelSave Diesel, for example, uses DYNAFLEX Technology designed to help clean injector deposits and prevent further build-up, while supporting fuel-economy benefits compared with regular diesel without a fuel-economy formula.

Price matters. But it may not tell you the whole story behind the fuel you are buying.
