We are challenging you to predict whether COE premiums for Categories A, B, C, and E will go UP or DOWN in the 2nd COE Bidding Exercise of October 2026!

HOW TO JOIN:
1. Predict whether the COE premium for each category (A, B, C, E) will go UP or DOWN compared to the previous bidding results.
2. COMMENT your four predictions below in this order: A / B / C / E.
3. Example: UP / DOWN / DOWN / UP
4. Every correct prediction earns you raffle entries for our lucky draw!

RAFFLE ENTRY SYSTEM:
1 correct prediction = 1 raffle entry
2 correct predictions = 2 raffle entries
3 correct predictions = 3 raffle entries
ALL 4 CORRECT = 5 raffle entries!

All qualified entries will go into our lucky draw, where one lucky winner will be selected!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
