A brand new 2 day old Denza D9 came in for our highest tier IGL Kenzo coating.
Owner wanted the highest and strongest protection for his beloved new car. Even though it was 2 day old only, it took us a total of 72 hrs to properly coat the car. Itβs not the usual 8 hours job most people expected as we wanted to present the best service for our customers instead of focusing on profits.
We started off with our usual 2 bucket rinse and clay treatment with Sonax High Gloss Shampoo and P & S clay mitt treatment.
We did the initial round of light paint correction with CarPro Essence for one round of semi permanent Si-O2 coating and insane shine.
Before applying the IGL Kenzo Graphene Coating, we prepped the car with CarPro Eraser , an IPA to remove all existing contaminants for a flawless finish.
After the first layer of Kenzo Base coat, we had to allow the coating to cure for several hours before the top layer. A total of 1 base layer and 2 top layer was applied to the car before leaving it to cure for 12 hours.
After which , we have applied another layer of sacrificial synthetic coating for additional gloss and shine - the Meguiars Pro Hybrid Ceramic Sealant .
Lastly before we hand over the car after 72 hours of work. We clean and prepped the car with P&S dream maker - for showroom gloss with lasting formula to resist against UV rays and Oxidation.
