We got nothing to do with a build. Turbos and tuning only.
If the owner choose to optimize some flow parts, with weather gods this will drop down to lower 5s.

Haven’t been updating for a long time with projects, certainly not bc of lack of it. Just no time and its mostly repetitive setups. This one is a bit different though.
So, Why not start with a BANG 🔥🔥🔥

As we in Sweden call it “doldis” - Hidden Projects there is not much you can read online about.
S4 b5 wagon 2000
RS4 AZR bottom end built by us and shipped out.
2.8 built heads
Twin Garrett G25-660
Euro pump petrol 95 Oct ( E10).
S4 ECU converted to RS4.
Stock Me7. What else 🤷‍♂️.
All the work done remotely.

Initial tune. Just straight 30ish psi.
Made nicely 770whp - 900 bhp
Mandatory Dragy late night shows 4.94 sec.
Well built engine and proper turbochargers flowing nicely.

We will leave this couple of weeks being tested and turn it up a bit more.

I don’t think anyone has missed the ”heatwave” that hit Europe these past 2 weeks.
We have finished tuning this 🇫🇷RS4b5
E% sensor added for safety.
Work had to be done past midnight due to extreme temperatures.
We ended up at
816Nm/701 bhp on stock 41.9mm rs6 c5 turbochargers.
100-200 at 26C heat it did 6.18 🔥
This thing will be doing easy 5.5 sec as soon temps normalize.

Pfl S4 sedan with fully built AZR bottomend.

I would be lying if i didn’t find this amusing. 😁
For years I have had customers asking about using aftermarket engine managements instead of Me7.
And answer has always been the same.
There is only 2 reasons why you should use it.
1. You are a dedicated racer. Car is used on track.
2. You are a type of guy that has alot of skill in this subject and you want to do everything yourself.
95% out there is non of the above.
FACTs!
Controllers does not make any power!!
Engine setups makes power, And tuners that fully understands particular platform.
Controllers are just used for a tuner to control an engine. Output is the same.
These last couple of weeks I,ve had 2 customers reaching out describing exactly what i have tried to explain for years.
Both having similar issues.
Car runs well on power.
Everyday life - horrible.
Coldstart issues.
Lukewarm issues.
Irregular idle, part throttle
Car randomly just turns off
Not smooth.
Can’t pass MOT…
Needs of constant adjustment in different weathers, geographics..
Aftermarket controllers are not made to handle all the everyday demands… Its for racing only!
In addition, there is no more magic power made. Its just costs for nothing to buy, install, later on remove, reinstall everything back to stock to be able to sell a car.
Worse case, you will destroy your car beyond point of return.
If you ain’t one of the two above mentioned, its all just money for nothing.

This one is coming up HOT 🔥🔥🔥
After couple of sessions tuning, troubleshooting, engine pull, adjusting, we are getting close with this Franchise 😁
Initial performance is actually stunning for the turbo size in French summer heat.
Full weight 4000lbs incl driver
Basic AZR 2.7L build
2.8 heads
Stock oe rs6 c5 turbos
2.7TM fueling
Stock Me7 ECU
E85
We are currently running only 24-24.5 psi boost.
Car made 680bhp and relatively low 785nm @20%dtl.
BUT!!!!!!
Mandatory test 100-200 shows 6.23 sec 🔥🔥
It was 35 deg C yesterday and 20+ past midnight.
This is already 5xx easy with some better weather.
This is actually really, really fast for such a small turbo, in these conditions and full weight wagon.
