Thank you for 25 wonderful years, Björn!
After 25 years of working with Trux as a distributor in Finland, Björn Ekholm has decided to begin a new chapter in his life – retirement.
– I’ve turned 75, so it feels like the right time.
Björn’s history with the Extendo Group began back in 1979, when he started selling products in Finland. In 2001, he also became a distributor for Trux.
– It has been a real pleasure working with them. My relationship with the management at both Trux and ExTe has been quite like a family. We know each other so well that we know where we stand. We understand each other’s values.
Another aspect of the partnership that Björn has particularly appreciated is the products.
– During my 25 years with Trux, I’ve only had two complaints. One was actually a goodwill case, as the issue was the customer’s fault. The other involved a front protection system where the primer coat hadn’t turned out quite right. After repainting, everything was fine.
Trade shows have been another recurring highlight for Björn.
– Trade shows are interesting in many ways and a very good way to connect with customers.
Björn has been a valued partner to Trux for many years, says Site Manager Ulf Göransson.
– Finding a replacement has taken time and has been done in consultation with Björn. As BPW Kraatz Oy now takes over the role as our distributor in Finland, we would like to thank Björn for a wonderful partnership over the years and wish him all the best in the next chapter of his life.
