Exciting news for all B207 and A20 engine owners!

Our own upgraded aluminum check valve for the crankcase ventilation system. Developed as a more robust replacement for the original crankcase ventilation valve used on Saab/GM Ecotec B207 and A20* engines.

The original valve is made of plastic and uses a thin silicone diaphragm to control the crankcase ventilation system. The diaphragm is continuously exposed to heat, oil mist and crankcase gases, which over time causes the material to deteriorate, begin to leak and eventually lose its function.

This makes the original valve a clear weak point in the crankcase ventilation system. When the valve no longer seals and operates correctly, the pressure conditions inside the crankcase can be affected. This will result in increased oil consumption, oil leaks and other problems caused by excessive crankcase pressure.

This new upgraded check valve fixes these problems. You can find it on our website maptun.com!
