ويتزود بالوقود من صهريج الوقود لديك. لكنه لا يحتوي على علامة RFID، ولا يوجد له سجل رقمي، ولا أي مستوى من المساءلة.

يقوم المشغل بتعبئته يدويًا. ويسجل ما يريد تسجيله. تنتقل الآلة بين المشاريع. ويختفي الوقود دون أي تتبع.
خلال 90 يومًا، يمكن لمعدة مستأجرة واحدة غير متتبعة أن تستنزف بهدوء عشرات الآلاف من الريالات السعودية من الوقود دون أي عائد واضح.
