Can we show you our interactive map? Qube created it to make the process of renting a container is as simple, fast, and understandable as possible.

🧑🏻‍💻Step 1: go to our website www.qube.company

👨🏻‍💻Step 2: Choose the language;

🧑🏻‍💻Step 3: Pick the country/city you need in the left column, the map will immediately show how many containers are available in the selected region, sizes and contacts of our
regional manager for communication;

🧑🏻‍💻Step 4: click the "submit a request" button;

🧑🏻‍💻Step 5: that's it! You need just to select the option and fill in a few lines with personal information (name, contact details, etc);

Qube takes over all the work. Want to rent a container? You need a laptop or phone and a couple of mintues. Done!

In the first days of the year, everyone usually writes plans for 2022 ✍️
 
Don't want to hide, we have big ones for this year: a lot of plans, goals, and challenges to achieve. If the business is not growing, then it is not really an interesting business. And we like to do only what we are genuinely interested in.
 
However, sorry, we prefer to keep the intrigue about Qube plans and new strategy!😎Promise to tell all the news as it comes on all our social media platforms (perfect time to follow us if you haven't yet, right?😜)

Usually, on New Year's Eve, everyone sums up the results: how much we all built, earned, and developed. Somebody (Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, hello!👋🏻) even managed to fly into space. We prefer to do rather than talk, however, want to mention several reasons for our pride in 2021:
 
💪🏻The number of Qube employees has tripled.
 
💪🏻Take a look at www.qube.company, we work in a very large number of countries: from Canada to China. Our area of presence has grown 6 times in a year.
 
💪🏻The numbers of our business have improved 5 times compared to 2020. And neither the pandemic nor the transportation crisis prevented us.
 
💪🏻We have launched a Chinese company website www.containers-qube.cn
 
💪🏻We have restarted our LinkedIn and Instagram accounts (more than 1000 people and companies have already subscribed to us on Linkedin).
 
💪🏻We have launched a daily newsletter.
 
💪🏻We bought hundreds of containers.
 
💪🏻In 2021 Qube has its own branded containers.
 
What's next? According to our tradition: only up-up-up – work more, do more, be better!

💪🏻Экономические показатели нашего бизнеса улучшились в 5 раз по сравнению с 2020-ым. И ни пандемия, ни кризис грузоперевозок нам не помешал.

💪🏻Перезапустили наш аккаунты в LinkedIn и Instagram (в первом на нас подписано уже более 1000 людей и компаний).
 
💪🏻Запустили ежедневную рассылку.
 
💪🏻Закупили несколько сотен контейнеров.
 
💪🏻В 2021 у Qube появились свои брендовые контейнеры.
 
 А дальше что? А дальше уже по традиции: больше, выше и круче! Желаем и вам того же!🎄

Qube uses Instagram for business purposes, but it's already the 31st of December, soooo STOP!🎅🏻 It's time to step away from computers and Excel files, exhale, have a glass of champagne and celebrate New Year!🥂
 
In our very first New Year's post (oops, it was a spoiler!🤭😜) we want to greet all Qube partners! All past 365 days you were with us: helped, gave advice, praised, and sometimes scolded, cooperated, developed, made the company better, and grew with us! We want similar productivity in 2022 together and wish you growth and prosperity!🙏🏻

Qube increases not only the quantity of containers in management, but also the number of people in the team. Meet Alexandra, our HR specialist!

Alexandra is a vital part of our team. Her mission in the company is really challenging – finding new specialists, evaluating and training team members, creating interaction structures and mentoring young leaders. Her energy is enough for everything: work, psychology and negotiation course, coaching training course and yoga, family and even three cats! As Alexandra says, she has 36 hours in a day.

We asked Alexandra to tell our followers a bit about herself:

“I have three degrees – I adore studying and have thirst for any information. I worked as a teacher from 2009 to 2018, which I consider an immense and valuable experience of working with people. My students were people from different industries and business areas. During those 9 years, I learned how to get on the right side of anyone. It is important to be able to pass information in different manners and be on the same page with business owners and line staff”.

Qube increases not only the number of containers but also the number of people in our team. Meet Alexandra, our new HR, a speaker in the Ural HR Community, and a coach for young HR professionals.
 
Alexandra has been working at Qube for only a couple of months, but she has become an important part of it. She has enough energy for everything: work, psychology courses, coaching, yoga (she is also a yoga teacher), family, and even for three cats.
 
We asked Alexandra to introduce herself:
 
"I love to study and am greedy for any information. From 2009 to 2018, I was a teacher, and it was a great and important experience. For 9 years I have learned to find an approach to anyone, to transmit the same information in different ways so anyone could easily understand me.
 
However, I have always been attracted by the corporate culture, tests, and statistics, that's why HR became my choice. Since 2018 I was working as a human resources manager at a construction company, and in 2021 joined Qube. The search for great professionals, training, motivation development, HR projects, corporate values – this is me in 100%”.

🇷🇺 Qube увеличивает не только число контейнеров в управлении, но и количество людей в команде. Знакомьтесь, это Александра – наш новый HR.

Она работает в Qube всего пару месяцев, но стала важной частью коллектива. Энергии у нее хватает на все: и на работу, и на курсы по психологии и переговорам, и на обучение коучингу, и йогу (Саша – преподаватель йоги), и на семью, и даже на трех котов. 
 
Мы попросили Александру рассказать немного о себе: 
 
«У меня три образования, из этого сразу можно сделать вывод – я обожаю учиться и жадная до любой информации. С 2009 по 2018 год я преподавала, и это был большой и важный опыт работы с людьми. Однако меня всегда привлекали схемы сотрудничества в коллективе, тесты и метрики, поэтому далее выбор пал конкретно на HR. С 2018-ого стала менеджером по управлению персоналом в строительной компании, а в 2021-ом пришла в Qube. 

Поиск людей, обучение, развитие, их мотивация, проекты по взаимодействию, создание структур в компании, – это на 100% мое».

What unites a real team? Dress-code, corporate mugs☕️ and a background picture in LinkedIn profiles? Well, we have a different vision.

Our team is diverse. In Qube, there are women and men with equal opportunities to climb the career ladder, which they actually actively use.

In Qube, there are people of different nationalities and even citizens of different countries. We call ourselves an international company not only because our business covers the whole world, but also because we are a diverse, multinational family🌏👋🏻

Environmental initiatives are a global and very popular trend. Everyone is concerned about our world: from politicians and international corporations to millennials, zoomers, and Greta Thunberg. We believe in the theory of small steps. Every initiative (including environmental) begins with the action of a particular person or a company.

🌏What are we doing?
 
🌿Don’t use plastic bags. We try to accumulate plastic in the office as little as possible;

🌿We sort the garbage;

🌿We hand over paper and paper products for recycling;

🌿Some employees walk to work or ride a bicycle, preferring an eco-friendly way of commuting instead of using a car, taxi or public transport;

🌿We monitor the consumption of water and electricity;
