5 REASONS WHY PLASTIC IS BETTER THAN METAL
Some car owners are sure: if you put a metal part instead of a broken plastic part, it will be a solution "for ages." But it is not always the case.
There are few reasons why some car parts are made of plastic.
1️⃣ Unlike metals, plastic does not rust. And in terms of strength, it is in no way inferior to steel
2️⃣ Plastic parts are more affordable than metal parts
3️⃣ Plastic parts are more elastic and resilient. They optimally combine strength, hardness and wear resistance
4️⃣ Working temperature of the material from -50°С to + 90°С
5️⃣ Plastic is optimal for the production of parts that are subject to repeated mechanical stress, shock, vibration, repeated stretching and compression
⚙️To produce our gears we also use plastic - polyacetal (POM). In addition to all the positive properties, plastic gears have another important feature: they serve as "fuses" when the mechanisms jam. For example, if a gear breaks, only the gear will "die", not all of the drive components.
That's why we do not recommend going against the engineers idea and puting a metal part there, where the plastic one belong. With the advent of new advanced types of plastics, metal parts are no longer a guarantee of durability.
Thus, we can conclude that plastic is an excellent material for gears, as it has high reliability and is more affordable. 💰

Summer flew by in one breath, but during these three months we did a lot!

🚘 We went to the Russia's Leading international trade fair for the automotive service industry targeting trade visitors from Russia and Eastern Europe MIMS Automechanika Moscow 2021 . We showed our developments and products to the participants and guests of the exhibition. We got a lot of positive emotions.

NEW PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT GOES THROUGH SEVERAL STAGES
The first stage is the search for an idea. Our parts specialists study customer requests, forums, requests from car enthusiasts on the Internet. Sometimes customers themselves send us their old part so we can make a repair kit. 👨‍🔧
When the list of new products is decided, we buy necessary parts. Our engineers take measurements from factory parts.
Further, our specialists develop drawings and write programs for milling machines. But before we manufacture the mold for the injection molding machine, we print the part on a 3D printer. This test piece is required to check the dimensions, compare it with the factory part and "try on" on the disassembled unit.
After successfully completed tests we start modeling and manufacturing of the mold. All parts are manufactured by injection molding using an injection molding machine. Due to that they are very durable and of high quality.
The molding method allows us to increase the speed and volume of production, so all repair kits are always in stock. 👌
Meanwhile, milling machines prepare molds for making plastic packing. Packings are produced in a vacuum press. The heated plastic sheet is lowered onto a wooden mold and solidified. That's the way repair kit packings are made.
While the repair kit is in production, our content managers design labels, write text and prepare products for publication on the site.
And that is not all. ☝️Before the repair kit is in your hands, we need to prepare content, advertising, process order, pack and deliver to you.
