Women in Engineering – Sharing Knowledge, Driving Impact 💙

Meet Aldona Szymczak. She started her journey at MAHLE as a Production Quality Engineer, working with international customers. Driven by curiosity and the ambition to shape processes from the start, she moved into Project Quality to gain deeper insights into product launches and preventive quality.

🌍 Today, as European Look Across Coordinator, Aldona connects plants across Europe by sharing critical insights, solutions, and best practices — helping teams react faster and learn from each other.

Aldona values the continuous learning culture at MAHLE, from cross-functional experience to becoming a certified VDA 6.3 process auditor and pursuing postgraduate studies in Project Management & Team Leadership. Besides that, she has also started to work as an IATF 16949 internal system auditor. Thanks to visiting plants across the EU, she is also able to share best practices, learn from others, and get to know different cultures🚀

With years of experience in engineering, she highlights the importance of staying curious, building strong networks, and confidently contributing your perspective.

Balancing her career with family life, Aldona shows that growth in engineering and personal priorities can go hand in hand. 💪

Shaping the workshop of tomorrow
MAHLE Service Solutions and FKFS at the University of Stuttgart🔧🚗

Together with FKFS Stuttgart, our MAHLE Service Solutions team welcomed an engaged audience on campus for an insightful exchange on the future of workshop services.

Our speakers Felix-Matthias Walter, Peter Sohmer and Mariangelo Troiani focused on how digital processes, AI-driven diagnostics, and advanced workshop solutions are addressing increasing vehicle complexity and the need for fast, precise service.
From remote diagnostics and advanced battery health (SOH) insights to efficient oil management, the session highlighted how innovative technologies are helping workshops stay efficient and future-ready.🌍

The exchange continued during the live demos, where participants got hands-on insights into solutions like Remote PRO® Air for remote diagnostics, E-HEALTH Charge for battery diagnostics, and Multi-Oil for flexible oil management—sparking great discussions and practical takeaways.

Accelerating Sustainability♻️

Sustainable and responsible business practices are a core element of the MAHLE corporate strategy. This commitment is highlighted in the 2025 Sustainability Report, which the Technology Group has integrated into its annual report for the first time.

MAHLE is ahead of schedule in achieving its climate targets, with further progress in emissions reductions by leveraging a wide range of technologies. All locations in Germany are carbon-neutral, thanks to green electricity supply and the offsetting of remaining fossil fuel emissions. In addition, numerous MAHLE facilities across Europe, South America, India, and China are powered by modern photovoltaic systems, further supporting the transition to sustainable energy.💪

For the transport network connecting our central warehouse in the Stuttgart region with the Mühlacker and Vaihingen MAHLE plants, diesel has been replaced with HVO100. By making the switch to this advanced biofuel, we're cutting over 90% of CO2 emissions.♻️🚛

On today’s , we reaffirm our commitment to sustainable mobility.

And the numbers back it up: in 2025, MAHLE Pioniergeist accelerated innovation, with around 860 patents and invention disclosures.

4,500 MAHLE engineers are dedicated to developing solutions for climate-friendly, efficient, and user-friendly mobility. About 70% of our patent applications focused on electrification—high voltage ideas, low-emission impact.
