Când vii dintr-o familie cu experiență maritimă, dragostea pentru mare apare natural. Copiii cresc auzind povești despre oceane, porturi și superyachturi, iar pasiunea pentru lumea maritimă devine parte din ei.

My journey in yachting started in 2009 aboard luxury superyachts around the world. From Spa Stewardess and Chief Stewardess to Butler/Valet, Yacht Skipper, Crew Mentor, Trainer etc every role taught me valuable lessons about professionalism, dedication, and excellence.

Today, as Founder of Capsea Yachting, I am proud to have trained and mentored hundreds of future yacht crew members, helping them launch successful international careers.

⚓️ „Pot să mă urc direct pe un superyacht fără cursuri?” Răspunsul este simplu: NU.

Industria superyachturilor este reglementată internațional, iar pentru a lucra legal la bord ai nevoie de certificări obligatorii precum STCW Basic Safety Training și certificatul medical maritim ENG1…Acestea sunt cerute pentru siguranța echipajului, a oaspeților și a navei.

Un alt mit este că „firma îți oprește banii pentru cursuri din primul salariu”. În realitate, majoritatea cursurilor și certificărilor se obțin înainte de îmbarcare, iar ele reprezintă investiția ta într-o carieră internațională.

Și încă un lucru important: nu ești „prizonier” pe superyacht. 😊

🛥️ Când iahtul este în marină și nu ai program de lucru sau responsabilități în acel moment, poți coborî la mal și te poți bucura de timpul liber.

🌴 Când nu sunt oaspeți la bord, programul este de obicei mai relaxat și echipajul poate merge în marină sau în oraș, în funcție de programul stabilit de căpitan și management.

⚓️ Singurele situații în care trebuie să rămâi la bord sunt cele legate de port manning, carturi, siguranța navei sau alte responsabilități operaționale.

Superyachtingul nu este doar un job, este un stil de viață, o carieră internațională și o oportunitate de a călători în cele mai spectaculoase destinații din lume. 🌍✨
