MONZA. ONE-TWO.

The perfect way to close our special outing at the Temple of Speed.

Mees Houben made a superb start in the #4 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO II, and Tomás Guedes brought it home with a commanding drive to take a clean, convincing victory.

But the story of the race was the #6.

Starting from P2, Tomás Teixeira was hit at the first corner and dropped to the back of the field. What followed was a remarkable recovery, with Tomás fighting his way forward before Raúl Zunzarren delivered a superb second stint to bring the Supra all the way back to P2.

Double podium. A perfect finish to a special weekend in Monza.

Race 1 at Autodromo Nazionale Monza

The #4 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO II of Mees Houben and Tomás Guedes had been running at the sharp end throughout the race, firmly in contention for a podium. But with just three laps to go, a front-left puncture led to an unfortunate DNF.

Meanwhile, Raúl Zunzarren and Tomás Teixeira brought the #6 Supra home in P7 overall and in the Pro-Am class after a solid and consistent race.

Tomorrow, both Speedy Supras will start from the front row and we’ll work to bring home a great reult.

The Temple of Speed.

We have been here before this season, but this time, the setting is a little different.

For this special round of the Italian GT4 Championship, the Speedy Motorsport fleet returns to one of the most iconic circuits in motorsport.

Long straights. Heavy braking zones. Fast corners and very little room for mistakes.

Built around speed and shaped by history, Monza is a circuit that needs little introduction.
