Na 2.ª edição do Mindful Sailing @ Sunset, desta vez em pleno outono, a voltou a guiar cada respiração a bordo do Indigo Blue. 🧘‍♀️

Bastaram a luz dourada da estação, o som da água no casco e um grupo disposto a deixar o telemóvel no bolso durante umas horas. O resto, o Tejo encarregou-se de mostrar. 🌊

No fim, sem surpresas, o corpo ficou em pausa e a mente desperta. É a prova de que o outono a bordo sabe ainda melhor. ⛵

At the 2nd edition of Mindful Sailing @ Sunset, this time in the heart of autumn, once again guided every breath aboard the Indigo Blue. 🧘‍♀️

All it took was the golden light of the season, the sound of water against the hull and a group happy to leave their phones in their pockets for a few hours. The Tagus took care of the rest. 🌊

By the end, unsurprisingly, the body was at rest and the mind wide awake. Proof that autumn tastes even better on board. ⛵
