⚠️ Important notice for customers in the USA and UK
After careful consideration, I have decided that as of February 1st, 2026, I will no longer accept direct orders shipping to the Americas and the United Kingdom.
This was not an easy decision. Over the past years, international shipping costs, and special taxes, especially to the Americas, have increased dramatically, while customs clearance in the UK has become increasingly problematic, with repeated delays, returns, and lack of clear justification, even when all required documentation is correctly provided.
In addition, the risk of transport damage has risen significantly, particularly on shipments to the USA, with carriers becoming increasingly careless and refusing responsibility for poor handling or mistakes. As a manufacturer, this makes it impossible to guarantee the level of service and reliability that I consider essential.
My priority has always been to deliver high-quality products and a fair, transparent experience to my customers. Under the current conditions, that is no longer sustainable for these destinations.
👉 This decision may be reviewed in the future if I am able to work with reliable local distributors in the Americas and the UK, operating with their own stock and handling local logistics. This will significantly reduce the unit transport cost, thus directly benefiting the end customer.
