“Discovering the unknown.” This phrase is what we, the Solar Engineering Research Racing Team, are all about. Our aim is to work hands-on, on solar energy-based transportation. We will put our knowledge to the test, breaking through barriers that challenge us to keep moving towards a new future. The product of our work today will become the technology and designs of tomorrow.

🎥☀️ Recently, Telemundo Puerto Rico visited our workshop to interview the team and experience firsthand the work behind our solar car project. During their visit, they had the opportunity to see how students from multiple engineering disciplines collaborate to design, build, and improve a solar-powered vehicle that will represent Puerto Rico in international competitions.

From hands-on manufacturing and testing to teamwork and innovation, the interview highlighted the dedication and long hours our members invest every week to continue pushing the project forward.

We are incredibly grateful to for taking the time to showcase our mission, our team, and the future of sustainable engineering in Puerto Rico. ☀️🏎️
