A hardtail MTB frame for Theo, built to fit 29x2.8” tires. The oval top tube and bent rear triangle were made in-house.

STEEL + CARBON

A bike for Rafał – one of the most complex projects in terms of the solutions used. 3D-printed lugs allowed for a fully custom geometry and made it possible to use oversized tubing. The build was completed with a carbon seat tube and a titanium seatmast, also 3D-printed.

STEEL

A bike for Andrzej with a Pinion Smart Shift and several interesting power-related additions.
The front hub powers the lights and an additional converter, which enables device charging via a socket located in the top tube. A second socket allows for temporary lighting power when the front wheel is swapped for one without a dynamo. The rear light is integrated into 3D-printed dropouts designed for the system.

TITANIUM

The bike of the godfather of the Titanium idea – Krzysiek .

The first conversations on this topic with Krzysiek started last year and since then two test frames have been made, along with research, samples, prototypes and similar work - all to be able to present you with a refined version and thus permanently add fully custom titanium frames to Karamba’s offer.

The bike was assembled by Krzysiek, and the photo coverage was done by from .pl.

Frame details:
-mix of double-butted and straight-gauge tubes made from 3Al-2.5V titanium alloy
-head tube for integrated headset
-T47 bottom bracket
-full cable integration
-put on seat clamp
-KRMB UDH dropouts made by
-connection method – TIG welding
-finish – brushed titanium, bead-blasted, and anodized in the front section in a blue-violet shade
