Każdy sterownik po regeneracji jest sprawdzany na stole, jak i testowany w pojeździe w warunkach drogowych do 100km. Zaprogramowany jest pod numer nadwozia samochodu i zalany olejem.
Zdjęcia przedstawiają mechatronik DQ200. Nie tylko skupiamy się na tym co w środku, ale dbamy też o efekt wizualny wysyłanych produktów, co można zauważyć na zdjęciach “przed i po”. Mechatronik został rozebrany, oczyszczony, naprawiony, zaprogramowany, zalany olejem oraz zostały w nim zastosowane pewne zmiany, które wpłyną na jego lepsze działanie. Zamontowany został do pojazdu, w którym przejechał ponad 100km.

After regeneration, each mechatronic is checked on the table and tested inside the car in road conditions up to 100 km. It is programmed with the car’s chassis number and filled with oil.
The photos show DQ200 mechatronic. We not only focus on what’s inside, but we also care about the visual effect of the products we send, which can be seen in the “before and after” photos. The mechatronic was disassembled, cleaned, repaired, programmed, filled with oil, and some changes were made to it that will improve its work. It was mounted inside the car and te**es for over 100km. After that we packed it inside the box and sent it to our customer.
