I don’t know about you, but I increasingly feel like big cities are wearing me down.

I see more and more how much better I feel being close to nature, having time to spend even just a little time by the lake and in the forest every day. My nervous system calms down, I feel better, happier.

Spending my vacation on a houseboat, the gentle rocking at night that lulls me to sleep like a baby, walks around the lake, and water activities are wonderfully recharging my batteries.
