Our specialization includes:

milling and chiselling of gear wheel toothing;
wheels with straight internal teeth;
wheels with straight and skewed external teeth;
turning and milling of worms and wormwheels for gears;
gear repairs – including planetary gears – by replacing gear wheels as well as worms and wormwheels;
we man

ufacture gear wheels and wormwheels in the module range from 0.5 to 12 up to a diameter of Φ 600 mm;
we manufacture chain wheels in the range from 3/8" (t=9,5; 6,35 rollers) to 1" (t=25,4; 15,9 rollers) up to a diameter of Φ 600 mm;
we manufacture bevel gears with curved toothing in the module range from 1,25 to 4,5 up to a diameter of Φ 250 mm;
we manufacture straight bevel gears in the module range from 1,5 to 10 up to a diameter of Φ 500 mm;
teeth grinding in gear wheels and pinions;
mechanical grinding-in of wheel and pinion toothing;
milling and chiselling of toothed bars;
groove chiselling;

Additionally, we perform:

CNC machining – turning, milling;
TIG and MIG/MAG welding (aluminum and alloys, acid-resistant steel, constructional and tool steel);
machining (milling of other components /including atypical ones/, turning /including long and atypical dimensions/, grinding /internal, cylindrical and flat/, boring);
repairs of existing equipment (by replacing worn components for equipment and machinery);
manufacture of new equipment (acc. to ordered constructional designs);
electric erosion cutting and machining /drilling/;
plasma cutting;
hardening and carburizing of components;
