Today at MACTEC, we worked on a Mercedes-Benz W212 E-Class Bi-Turbo with a vibration and jerking issue. We inspected the driveshaft, identified a problem with the cross joint, and also checked the differential bushes, which appeared weak.

Alongside this, we worked on an Audi Q7 S Line for a performance package, including general engine tuning, brake service, spark plug replacement, EGR and throttle body cleaning, and a complete engine service using Mobil 1 oil and original filters and spark plugs.

Today at MACTEC, we worked on a Mercedes C63 with a white body kit that came in with a battery warning light. The car eventually stopped on the road due to the battery losing its charge.

After diagnosing the alternator, we found that the regulator was faulty. Instead of replacing the complete alternator, we’re replacing the regulator with a new one.

Today at MACTEC, we have Mercedes EQC and EQS in the workshop, where we’re working on different EV-related problems.

🔹 Mercedes EQC: The vehicle was experiencing differential noise and excessive whining noise. Another common issue can be coolant loss without any visible external leakage, which may indicate coolant entering the motor and potentially causing motor failure. Charging-related issues can also occur, where the vehicle may not charge normally but can charge at a commercial charging station due to a faulty charging port. AC-related problems can also develop.

🔹 Mercedes EQS: This vehicle is also here with electrical issues, and our team is working on diagnosing and resolving them. InshaAllah, it will be fully cleared and ready to go.

Suspension work is currently in progress on the Audi e-tron, with the suspension system being inspected and repaired as required.

Working on a boost-related issue in the W205 C63 AMG, with proper diagnostics and repair work underway to restore smooth performance.

🛠️ Mercedes-Benz W205 C63 AMG — Bumper Vibration
The front and rear bumpers were vibrating at high speed. We are securing and repairing the bumper clips, along with repairing a damaged shield to ensure a proper and secure fit.

☀️ Mercedes-Benz W205 C63 AMG — Sunroof Repair
Another W205 C63 AMG came in with a sunroof issue. Our team is currently working on the sunroof repair to restore smooth and proper operation.

Today, we worked on a Mercedes S63 W222 that was experiencing a noise issue from the front suspension.

After inspection, we identified the issue with the front shocks and replaced them with new ones. The vehicle is now ready for further testing to ensure smooth and noise-free performance.
