We are proud to participate in the SECMC Mining Technical Conference 2026, bringing together leading organizations, industry professionals and key stakeholders from Pakistan’s mining sector.

We proudly showcased AUTOCOM’s locally engineered and manufactured specialized mining mobility solutions designed to meet the demanding operational requirements of Pakistan’s mining sector.

Pakistan's journey towards industrial self-reliance is built one partnership at a time.

We were honoured to welcome the leadership of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) to celebrate the successful completion and commissioning of specialized mining support vehicles. These trucks have been engineered and manufactured in Pakistan and mark a significant leap forward for self-reliance in the demanding mining operations.

The underlying theme of the event revolved around localization. It was emphasized that localization is about far more than import substitution. It is about developing Pakistani engineering capability, creating skilled jobs, strengthening local supply chains, and building the industrial capacity that supports Pakistan's long-term energy security.

We recognize that manufacturing does not end when a vehicle leaves the factory. It begins when it enters service. The mine is the ultimate testing ground, and we are proud that our engineering and service teams have stood hand-in-hand with SECMC to ensure these vehicles perform in one of the toughest operating environments in the country.

We are grateful to SECMC for placing their confidence in Pakistani engineering and for their commitment to developing local manufacturing capability. Their vision demonstrates how industry leaders can create lasting national value by investing in indigenous solutions.

This project is another important milestone in our journey to indigenize in strategic sectors like mining, energy and infrastructure. We are delighted to have a foothold in Thar.

AUTOCOM recently manufactured and delivered fuel tankers — a 40,000L (5 Compartments), a 20,000L (4 Compartments) and a 32,000 L — both built to Vital-OGRA Standard with 10% ullage. Featuring imported steel, precision welding, Normec (Italy) fittings, sandblasting, and original 2K paint, these trailers are branded, equipped with safety systems, and designed for strength, safety, and reliable performance.

We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking achievement for Pakistan's automotive industry. AUTOCOM has successfully exported its first-ever 40 Feet 2 Axle Flatbed Trailers to East Africa, marking a significant milestone in the country's journey towards increased exports.

These state-of-the-art flatbed trailers, equipped with SLM ‘Supercargo’ tubeless tires, were meticulously crafted at SLM's export-oriented manufacturing plant in Karachi. Designed to endure the rigorous demands of East African terrain, these trailers demonstrate AUTOCOM’s commitment to quality, innovation, and global standards.

🚢 Manufactured in record time at our Port Qasim facility, this export highlights AUTOCOM's capability to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Delivered by sea, this fleet adds to our growing list of international accomplishments, following previous exports of fuel tankers, refuelers, and trailers to Mauritius, Kenya, Sudan, and Afghanistan.
