Parts Analyst/Warehouseman (Urgent)
Job Summary:
Monitors constant supply and parts needed in the service; analyzes and orders the correct Part Number for the specific unit; Issues PRIS, SOA, PSI, Parts Quotation & Sales Invoice on over-the-counter sales; check and monitor parts order, arrival status and parts warranty; reports parts for dealer claim.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attends Service Quotation, Inquiries
Counter checks with Warehouseman’s Ordering
Maintains the stocks of DMS and fast-moving parts
Prepares Body Parts Quotation for insurance approval
Order parts from FGP for approved BP Quotations
Entertains phone & over-the-counter parts inquiry, orders and sales
Encodes part numbers to repair order as dictated by the Warehouseman
Assists and counter checks P&A Clerk’s Accessories Order
Prepares PO of Non-Ford Parts and coordinates with the Procurement Officer
Reports and logs lost Sales Parts Inquiry
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
1. a graduate of any four-year course
2. six months of relevant experience
3. with good driving skills
4. familiar with automotive parts and accessories
5. computer literate
6. good marketing skills
