Kon ang inyo salakyan nga una naka-rehistro gamit ang Temporary Plate may Assigned Permanent Plate na subong, posible nga nagbag-o ang inyo bulan sang renewal base sa katapusan nga numero (last digit) sang inyo Permanent Plate.

✅ Ano ang inyo dapat himuon?

• E-check ang last digit sang inyo Permanent Plate.
• Kon nagbag-o ang inyo renewal month, kinahanglan bayaran ang nabilin nga mga bulan paagi sa Manual Official Receipt (Manual OR) agud magtupong ang inyo rehistro sa bag-o nga renewal schedule.
• Tipigi ang Original OR kag Manual OR kag dal-a ini permi bilang pamatuod nga balido ang inyo rehistro.

⚠️ Importante nga Pahinumdom:

Kon madakpan kamo sa tion sang extension period kag wala kamo sang Manual OR, mahimo nga konsideraron nga unregistered ang salakyan. Kon nakabayad na kamo pero wala ninyo nadala ang Manual OR, mahimo man gihapon kamo mahatagan sang paglapas tungod sa failure to carry OR/CR.
Para sa dugang nga impormasyon ukon beripikasyon sang inyo renewal schedule, bisitaha ang pinakamalapit nga LTO District Office ukon Extension Office.

The Technical Team continues to actively work on resolving the issue and restoring normal operations at the soonest possible time.

Please be informed that all offices of LTO–Negros Island Region will be CLOSED on May 27, 2026 (Wednesday) in observance of Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), a regular holiday.

Normal office operations and transactions will resume on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

All offices under the Land Transportation Office – Negros Island Region are hereby informed that pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 116 dated 31 March 2026, signed by Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, a half-day work suspension will be implemented on April 1, 2026.

However, law enforcement personnel shall remain on duty during this period, demonstrating the continued commitment of LTO NIR to ensuring road safety and maintaining peace and order.

In observance of the Holy Week, MM & J Emission Testing Center will be closed from April 2 to April 5, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday).

We will resume operations on April 6, 2026 (Monday).
