VW in the bay today for a leaking thermostat housing. Plastic composite housings heat-cycle over time and fail, leading to slow coolant leaks. We tore it down, cleaned the block mating surface, installed fresh seals/housing, and pressure-tested the system. Back to solid operating temps! 🚘👨🏻‍🔧
