MINI GOES TO LA UNION – FAQs
1.What is MINI Goes to La Union?
MINI Goes to La Union is a fun, curated road trip experience for MINI owners—both Modern and Classic. It’s a two-day drive, leisure, and lifestyle event with scenic routes, activities, and exclusive experiences designed for the MINI community.
2.When is the event?
February 15–16, 2026.
3.Who can join?
The drive is open to all MINI owners—Modern MINI and Classic MINI—on a first-come, first-served basis. Slots are limited.
4.How much is the participation fee?
PHP 12,500 for 2 persons
PHP 5,000 per head for each additional person (in excess of 2 pax)
5.What does the participation fee include?
The fee covers:
- Overnight hotel accommodation
- Hotel breakfast
- Selected meals
- Tour entrance fees around La Union
**Other expenses such as gasoline, toll fees, and personal expenses are for the participant’s own account.
6.Until when is registration open?
Registration is open until February 7, 2026 only.
7.How do I secure my slot?
Upon registration, participants must pay the required participation fee.
Slots will be reserved only for participants with paid participation fees.
8.Where is the meet-up point and departure time?
Meet-up: 5:00 AM at Petron Marilao (at the back of Starbucks)
Departure: 6:00 AM
9.Are there pit stops along the way?
Yes. There will be designated regroup and restroom pit stops along SCTEX and TPLEX to ensure a smooth and safe convoy drive.
10. Is a vehicle check-up required?
Yes. All confirmed participants must schedule a vehicle check-up at MINI BGC prior to the La Union drive to ensure their MINI is in good condition and long-drive ready.
11.Where will we stay?
Participants will stay at Awesome Hotel in La Union.
(EV chargers are available.)
12.What activities are included?
Some of the highlights include:
-R Garage Tour
- Lunch at Curo, Curbside Villa
- Man-made forest (Bacnotan) and Baluarte Watch Tower (Luna)
- Coffee, snacks, and sunset viewing at The Mansion Estates
-Dinner at TAW Beach Club
-Optional spa massage (for participant’s own account)
-MINI Test Drive (open to the public)
13.Are optional activities available?
Yes. Optional activities include paragliding, surfing lessons, and spa massage.
Advanced booking is required, and fees are for the participant’s own account.
14.Can I bring family or friends?
Yes! You may bring family or friends. Additional persons beyond the first two will be charged PHP 5,000 per head.
15. Is the MINI Test Drive open to the public?
Yes. The MINI Test Drive scheduled on February 16, 2026 (9:00 AM–12:00 PM) is open to the public.
16.Can I cancel or transfer my slot?
Slots are limited and reserved for paid participants. Cancellation is not allowed, but slots may be transferred to another MINI owner, subject to approval by the MINI team.
17.What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
-Valid driver’s license
-Comfortable clothes and footwear
-Sunscreen, cap, and sunglasses
-Swimwear (for beach and water activities)
-Personal toiletries and medications
-Cash or card for optional activities and personal expenses
