A delusional man once said

Yung project :
15 bags of cement P240 to pesos each = P3,600
5 truck loads of sand P1800 per load
= P9,000
5 truck loads of stones/grava/ mix stone for cement mixing P3,000 per load = P15,000
6 tubo as poste P4,500 each
= P27,000
10 pcs of angle bar P700 pesos each
= P7,000
(Margins of computation are +3 or -3 per item , and price margin is +P500 or -P500 per piece/volume)
I invite suppliers of construction materials and contractors to correct us if we are wrong with our computation.
Apparently , this is what we got from our P450K.
Pero tulad ng sinasabi lagi ng boss namin , "Pera lang yan, by good deeds and honest living kikitain yan"
This week, 3 engineers/licensed contractors went to check this so called 99% finished project and they have 1 thing to say, and we will exhaust all this certification and assesment to make sure no one gets treated this way. 😁
We will not disclose the name of the engineer involve to whom they said na sa kanya binayad lahat ng pera as we know the truth that he has nothing to do with this.
At kami pa daw ang may utang at idedemanda 😅 gipit na gipit yarn?
We asure the public that Area 419 ATV Adventure will be fully operational once again soon , bigger, better and stronger 😊 .
We also apologize to everyone as we need to post this kind of experience, we hate drama too but let this be a lesson to everyone lalo na sa mga investors .
Our number 1 priority is the safety of all of our guests and that will remain on top of our list no matter what.
We are supposed to build and open 2 more resorts this year as we were able to gather some investors, but with this experience, lets see.
