📢 PUBLIC SERVICE CONCERN 📢

Our internet and landline services have been down since August 3, 2026, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

We do not normally bring concerns like this to social media. However, the prolonged service interruption has significantly hindered our day-to-day operations and communication with our customers, leaving us with no choice but to raise this concern publicly.

We have continuously coordinated with PLDT's customer support regarding this matter, but we are still waiting for a proper resolution and a definite restoration timeline.

We hope this matter can finally be resolved soon.
