* Must be a Holder National TVET Trainer's Certificate (NTTC) or have completed a Trainer's Training
* Must be a holder of National Certificate (NC) Il in Driving
* Must be a holder of National Certificate (NC) Il in Automotive
* Must be a holder of Motorcycle Small Engine Servicing (MSES) NC I
* Must not have any traffic violation for the past 12 months
* An advantage if with original Certificate of neuropsychiatric test result.

‼️ Due to the expected storm and for everyone’s safety, all PDC schedules for November, 10 2025, are officially suspended

Dahil sa epekto ng Super Typhoon , inanunsyo ng Malacañang na 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗢 ang trabaho sa lahat ng tanggapan ng gobyerno sa buong Lalawigan ng Rizal bukas, November 10, 2025.

𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗼 rin ang klase sa LAHAT NG ANTAS (public at private) sa buong lalawigan bukas hanggang Martes, November 10-11, 2025

Mananatiling bukas at patuloy ang operasyon ng mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng basic health services, preparedness and disaster response, at iba pang essential services.

Ipinapaubaya naman sa mga pribadong kumpanya ang pasya tungkol sa suspension ng trabaho.
