"LC - the ambitious project" 😀

It started with the registered owner and new owner. It was registered to a certain Alfredo De Dios (AKA Fredo or could be PRADO) and the client who brought the unit asked us to just refresh the unit and make it roadworthy and presentable again as this will just be used for hauling. Plus he jokes us NOT to make the car look-like a Land Cruiser, as it is his dream car.

We just made some improvements with the unit, engine tuning (leak and idling), panel repair, light detail(exterior and interior), textured coated stepboard and mags repaint.

No intention of making fun of the car, we just have this humor to make the client smile or laugh when he finally sees the unit. For us, seeing the smile on our client's face will definitely make the sweat pay-off. We can remove it if he doesn't like, but I doubt knowing the client's personality.

The Kabo of Highland(TKH) Project

This car is owned by a retired government employee that served in the judiciary branch for so many years. In the previous years, every time I see this car I always tell the owner that I will make it a project and help him to bring to life its look, but due to some circumstances it didn't happen sooner. Then when the pandemic started, it gave me courage to start the plan - I asked permission to the family that i will try to fix the car. So the plan is nothing grand, but just to make the car running and roadworthy again. And here it is now after months of workmanship it is now back to its former glory.

I don't call it restoration as it is for classic cars, this one is a legend and refurbishment is just what it needed.
