Going forward, Hyundai Motor will continue to enhance global service competitiveness by providing smart maintenance through digital customer services utilizing Workshop Automation and tablet PCs. This year, 140 service experts from 60 countries, among 18,000 service advisors worldwide, came to Korea to participate in the championship. The competition consists of role playing different situations o

f providing service, a written test on maintenance technologies, customer response and Hyundai Motor service as well as customer response skills based on Workshop Automation. Service advisors were evaluated overall and the top winners were given a gold, silver and bronze prize, respectively, as well as prizes for the highest ranking persons in each test. "It is an honor to compete in the championship with the most skilled global service experts. I am proud to be working for a truly global brand Hyundai Motor and will continue to deliver highest customer satisfaction by putting customers first," said Philippe Guffroy, a service advisor who came from France to participate in the championship.
