B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receives and verifies delivered products as against delivery invoices.
• Physically inspects the products for damage or breakage and files documents for ease of retrieval.
• Manage and organize products in the stockroom according to the standard planogram and following First-in-first-out standards.
• Accountable for handling keys to the stockroom and restricting entry to authorized persons.
• Pick and bag products ordered by dealers following packing standards.
• Perform cycle count in coordination with the Audit Personnel for reconciliation of any product variances and physical verification and counting of stocks once a month.
• Prepare and submit reports on time as requested by Management.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

C. QUALIFICATIONS
• College Level or with previous analogous work experience preferred.
• Can manage basic Microsoft office applications on a computer
• Good communications and interpersonal skills

The Automotive Mechanic is responsible for the inspection of vehicle engine and mechanical components to diagnose issues accurately of newly arrived units. He runs computerized diagnostic tests to help them identify components that might be malfunctioning. He is also responsible in troubleshooting the under-chassis and engine of the unit. He performs engine overhauling of units. He repairs or replaces broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues. He provides accurate estimates such as cost, time and effort for a repair or maintenance job.

Job Qualification:

1. Candidate must have completed at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any automotive related field.
2. Must have passed the National Certificate II.
3. Must be knowledgeable on automotive repair, troubleshooting and metal fabrication
4. Should have at least one (1) year of working experience specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
5. Fresh graduates with high potential and has the willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

The Auto Electrician uses test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions. He is responsible in dismantling and removing electrical and electronic assemblies and components. Installs electrical equipment and electronic components in motor vehicles. He is responsible in connecting power-operated vehicle equipment and accessories to power supply. He is responsible in adjusting engine control system and timing. Tests and replaces defective alternators, generators, voltage regulators and starter motors. Repairs and replaces faulty ignition and electrical wiring. Responsible in replacing defective parts such as fuses lamps and switches in the vehicle.
