LTO (Land Transportation Office) meeting between LTO Operations Chief Menny Mortel and NASHCAR officers at LTO East Avenue head office

The agenda of the meeting focused on official recognition for NASHCAR as a legitimate association representing the second-hand car industry in the Philippines.
