Iligtas po natin sa perwisyo ang maraming motorista na hindi pa nakakaalam nito:

Ang Certification from Dealer o Authority to Travel na ibinibigay ng Dealer sa mga bumibili ng sasakyan o motorsiklo ay HINDI VALID. Walang Batas na nagsasabi na maari ito.

IMPOUND (kumpiskado) ang sasakyan kapag EXPIRED ang rehistro o HINDI rehistrado sa LTO na bagong bili pa lamang. Ang multa ng paglabag na ganito ay P10, 000.

Ang impounded na sasakyan ay mababalik lamang sa mayari nito kapag nakarehistro na sa LTO at bayad na ang nasabing multa. Malaking problema ito para sa mga bagong motorsiklo.

Mga docs na kailangan "change color.
1. Orig and xerox copy of Or/Cr
2. Affidavit of change color (print 4 copies- must be notarized)(downloadable sa net)
3. Go to your nearest PNP-HPG and present the Orig and xerox copy of
Or/Cr. They will give you an application form and order of payment to be paid at Landbank. P300.00
4. After the payment, go back to PNP-HPG for stencil and to get your pnp motor vehicle clearance certificate.
5. Proceed to the nearest LTO and present your clearance from PNP-HPG, Orig and xerox copy of Or/Cr, and affidavit of change color for stencil.
6. Go to cashier and pay P209.06.
7. LTO will give you a new OR indicating the new color of your bike.
