What is CO2 equivalent?
CO2 equivalent (or CO2e) is a standard unit of measurement for all of a vehicle’s greenhouse gas emissions. A higher number of CO2e emissions indicates more global warming pollution.

Fortunately, there are alternatives to gasoline-based cars, which is a popular mode of transportation in the Philippines. Plug-in hybrid cars and battery electric vehicles run on electricity, which makes them cleaner and cheaper alternatives for transportation.

Smoke belching is the forceful expulsion of smoke from a vehicle's exhaust. Such harmful emissions cause major respiratory problems, contaminate water systems, and accelerate the impacts of global warming.

How can we lessen smoke belching?
1. Perform regular truck maintenance
2. Use high-quality and clean oil
3. Observe proper driving habits
4. Go through smoke emission tests
