When a Ford Ranger 2.0 Bi-Turbo diesel needed its injectors checked, the job was deemed impossible by another workshop. One injector was badly seized, and they decided not to proceed.
The owner brought the vehicle to Central Diesel, where our specialized tooling and know-how made the difference. We successfully extracted the seized injector without damage to the cylinder head.
Our injector flow testing revealed all units were out of specification, with the stuck injector showing a damaged piezo electric actuator. Since these injectors are non-repairable (for now), we are fitting a complete set of genuine, brand-new assemblies.
