π TERMS OF PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING PROCESS

Advance Booking Required: Please book at least 5 to 8 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Rush Bookings: Rush bookings (within 24-48 hours) are subject to schedule availability and will require full payment upon confirmation.

π° PAYMENT TERMS
β’ π΅ Reservation Fee: A β±500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm your booking. No payment = no booking.
β’ π΅ half payment is required to pay together with the reservation fee
β’ π΅ Full Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be settled 3 days before the event. Bookings without full payment by deadline will be automatically cancelled.
β’ π΅ Rush Bookings: For rush bookings, 100% payment is required upfront.

β CANCELLATION POLICY
β’ β Reservation fee is strictly non-refundable.
β’ β 3 days before event: 50% refund of total payment (excluding reservation fee).
β’ β Within 24 hours of event: No refund (full payment forfeited).
β’ β No show = no refund.

π REBOOKING POLICY

Rebooking is allowed once (subject to availability), must be requested at least 48 hours before your event date.

Rebooking due to bad weather (if setup is affected) will be accommodated within 30 days from the original date.

π DELIVERY & TRANSPORTATION
β’ π Delivery Fee: Starts at β±200, varies based on location.
β’ π Out of town bookings may incur additional fees depending on travel time and distance.
