THEY EVEN COPIED OUR COMPANY LOGO AND MALICIOUSLY ALTERED THE COVER PHOTO. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT WE ARE NOT ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY WITH THAT FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. THIS IS DEFINITELY, AND WITHOUT A DOUBT, A SCAM.

We never ask for downpayments at once. We asked first for valid IDs/documents from RENTEES, and do legitimate checks. Once done, that's the only time we ask for down payments.
