Sa ilalim nito, bawal ang mga sasakyan sa pagbiyahe sa mga pangunahing lansangan ng Metro Manila batay sa huling digit ng plate number mula 5 pm hanggang 8 pm. Ang mga plakang nagtatapos sa 1 at 2 ay sakop ng coding tuwing Lunes, 3 at 4 tuwing Martes, 5 at 6 tuwing Miyerkules, 7 at 8 tuwing Huwebes at 9 at 0 tuwing Biyernes.

Exempted naman sa coding ang mga pampublikong sasakyan, transport network vehicles services (TNVS), motorsiklo, trak ng basura, trak ng petrolyo, at sasakyang may dalang mga perishable at/o essential goods.
