HR Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate (Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course)
• With related work experience in Human Resources
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR functions, including but not limited to:
(1) Recruitment & hiring
(2) Training, competency development, and employee orientation
(3) Performance evaluation
(4) Payroll preparation
(5)Handling employee concerns & relations
• Well-versed in SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, remittances, and related processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Can do multitasking
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and manage daily HR operations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government requirements
• Support management and employees on HR-related concerns
