We would like to inform you that Gateway will be gradually winding down its Nissan
service operations in view of the upcoming closure of our dealerships.
As part of this transition, we will implement a hard stop on the acceptance of new
service work beginning 31 March 2026, and will prioritize the completion of all previously
accepted service requests within our operational period.
We may continue to
accommodate basic preventive maintenance services (PMS) on a best-efforts basis,
subject to time and parts availability.
For your future service needs, you may coordinate directly with Nissan Philippines, Inc.
(NPI), through the Nissan Customer Assistance Center (NCAC) at (+632) 8403-6593,
0927-600-9557 and [email protected], for guidance on the nearest
authorized Nissan service facility.
