🚨🚨Karu’s Car Rental – Terms & Conditions🚨🚨
Thank you for choosing Karu’s Car Rental. Please read and agree to the following terms before renting our vehicle.
1. Driver Requirements
Renter must be at least 21 years old.
A valid driver’s license is required.
One (1) valid government-issued ID must be presented.
Only the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
2. Rental Period
Rental begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the agreed return time.
Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
Extensions must be requested and approved before the scheduled return time.
3. Payment
Full payment must be made before the vehicle is released unless otherwise agreed.
A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection of the vehicle, provided there are no damages, violations, or unpaid charges.
4. Vehicle Condition
The vehicle is released clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Any damage, loss, or missing accessories during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
5. Fuel Policy
The vehicle is released with a sufficient fuel level.
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. Otherwise, a refueling charge may apply.
6. Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, toll fees, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
7. Prohibited Use
The renter must NOT:
Drive under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
Allow an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
Use the vehicle for racing, illegal activities, or off-road driving.
Carry passengers or cargo beyond the vehicle’s legal capacity.
Smoke or v**e inside the vehicle.
8. Accident or Breakdown
The renter must immediately inform Karu’s Car Rental in case of an accident, damage, theft, or mechanical issue.
Do not repair the vehicle without prior approval unless it is an emergency.
9. Cancellation
Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
Reservation fees, if any, may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation agreement.
10. Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
Karu’s Car Rental is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
11. Agreement
By renting the vehicle, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
