โ Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
โ Honest, reliable, and with good work ethic
โ Maintains professionalism at all times
โ Willing to work overtime when needed
โ Can work independently or as part of a team
โ Willing to learn and improve skills
โ Punctual and responsible
