THM Group traces its roots to 1978 when it started as a motorcycle and tricycle parts business serving the growing transportation sector in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. What began as a single store with a small team and warehouse has grown into a diversified group of companies engaged in motorcycle dealership operations, parts distribution, after-sales service, and financing. In 1996, the business was incorporated as Tres Hermanas Motors Corporation (THMC), marking a significant milestone in its growth and development. Building on its strong foundation in motorcycle parts and accessories, the company expanded into motorcycle dealership operations to better serve the needs of Filipino riders and entrepreneurs. In 2003, THM Group established Tres Hermanas Motors Distributors and Sales Corporation (THMD), expanding its presence in motorcycle distribution and dealership operations. The company later became an exclusive Yamaha dealer, operating 3S facilities that provide Sales, Spare Parts, and Service. Further strengthening its position in the industry, THM Group partnered with Honda Philippines in 2006 and established Magnacycle Sales Corporation. This expansion enabled the Group to provide customers with greater accessibility to quality motorcycle products and services while strengthening its dealership network across Metro Manila and neighboring provinces. Over the years, THM Group steadily expanded throughout Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and nearby areas. Through its commitment to customer satisfaction, reliable service, and responsible business practices, the company earned the trust of thousands of customers and became a recognized name in the motorcycle industry. In 2017, Prime Mover Leasing and Finance Corporation was established to support the financing requirements of customers and complement the Group's dealership operations. This strategic expansion enabled THM Group to provide more accessible mobility solutions to Filipino families, workers, and entrepreneurs. Today, THM Group operates an extensive network of motorcycle dealerships, service centers, and financing operations. Guided by decades of experience and driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, the Group continues to invest in its people, systems, processes, and store network to better serve the motorcycle-riding public.
