Light vehicle 2-4 wheels Emission/inspection -P850.00 (vat incl)
Q. Why is your price higher than the old smoke emission testing centers?
A. Our center utilizes the latest test requirements by the LTO and DOTr. So instead of just testing
the smoke from your exhaust, our process includes testing all other vital points such as brakes
and headlights. After going through our test process, you no longer need to bring your vehicle to
the LTO district office and fall in line for a “Visual Inspection” from an officer. You only need to
proceed straight to the district office counter for payment.
Q. What is the advantage of having my motorcycle or vehicle tested at a PMVIC versus a PETC?
A. With the old PETC (smoke) emission system, they only test the exhaust fumes from the tail pipe.
The new PMVIC (roadworthiness) system test all safety component of your vehicle and provides
results for each to determine road worthiness. This process provides a peace of mind for all riders
that their motorcycle or vehicle is safe for them and their family. And using the PMVIC system, you
no longer have to fall in line at a district office to have an officer perform a “Visual” inspection.
Q. Where can I get an estimate of how much to pay for my registration?
A. Since LTO is a government institution, our system does not allow us to access information regarding
personal private information. You will have to bring your OR/CR to our LTO satellite office or nearest
LTO district office to obtain such information.
