Yamaha Sz16 Tracker 🥶

Yamaha SZ16 150cc Base Bike
A naked bike to a Japanese-style inspired grass tracker.

We did a mags-to-wheelset conversion, tracker bars, rear monoshock, lifted the front forks, adjusted the subframe, fitted the tank, and finished it off with a high-mounted exhaust and a super-trap pipe.

Kept the colors simple, just a monotone setup with black, silver and chrome accents. Shoutout to Vivid Tatts for the tank design and Old Soul Tattoo for the pinstripe work.

Since the owner is on the taller side, we spent some time getting the suspension, proportions and riding position right for him. More than just making everything fit, we wanted the bike to feel right when you’re actually sitting and riding it.

Nothing too fancy. Just a proper grass tracker that can be ridden hard, used every day, and still look good doing it.

1982 Honda XL200R
A Resto-Mod Project

This one started with no motorcycle—just a pile of surplus parts. Finding the original tank, chassis, side covers and suspension was already a challenge. From there, we slowly pieced it together.

The goal was simple: keep the soul of a vintage Honda enduro, but give it the performance to be ridden hard and fast.

A modern 250cc push-start engine, upgraded to 270cc, paired with performance cams, modern plastics and hubs, LED lighting, plus custom-fabricated engine mounts and brackets.

Inspired by the classic and the stance of the XR200R, we wanted it to look vintage without feeling old.

Built to be fast. Built to last.

Yamaha PG-1
Inverted Fork Conversion

The client wanted the inverted fork upgraded without losing the PG-1’s OEM character—so we kept the stock cockpit, headlight, controls, and overall height.

We fabricated the T-post shafting, adapted the stock headlight mount to the new triple clamp, and made custom axle bushings to retain the stock hubs and bearings.

A functional upgrade without losing the character of the PG-1. Built to look like it could’ve come this way from the factory.
