Unit: Suzuki Celerio
Customer’s problem arised when they had their aircon cleaned at a local shop. When everything was done, car key was stuck in the key hole, no horn, rattling sound under the hood, and check engine light was on. The local shop was able to fix only the horn and was told they take it to casa. They went to casa to fix remaining problems but they were only able to fix the stuck keys and quoted them a chunk of money to fix the check engine light. Luckily the owner had extra clips and replace those missing ones from the bumper which caused the sound.
We had to resolve the remaining and most difficult problem left, the check engine light still on. It got to the point that even that the owner considered selling the car and had it appraised. Good thing they brought in their car for a check. Upon futher diagnosing, we found out that the Intake Air Temperature Sensor had an open circuit. We had to rewire the circuit and troubleshoot before we concluded the repair. Thank you for the trust!
